Power Skating lessons

New this 2024/25 season, players will have Power Skating lessons incorporated throughout the beginning of the season instructed by TJ  Spruyt. The lessons will be team based and during a regular practice time.
TJ is a certified power skating instructor with Skate Canada and is looking forward to working with SMHA for the upcoming season.

Teams have the option to continue with the lessons or video analysis.  This would be an added expense within your team.   Please contact TJ Spruyt  directly if you would like additional time from him.
